I've been a Reiki professional and spiritual guide for over 20 years. I studied with some of the most gifted Reiki practitioners in the world, and through them, I learned to channel universal life force energy to support healing on every level, including the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual.

Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to "spiritual energy" or "guided life force." It's formed from "Rei", meaning universal or divine wisdom, and "Ki", meaning energy or vital life force. This is the same force that flows through all living beings — and through Reiki healing, we tap into that energy to restore balance and peace.
